Adapted Pilates & Strength
Do you want to get the benefits of Pilates without getting down on the floor?

Our 40 minute Adapted Pilates and Strength class uses seated or standing versions of traditional Pilates exercises to work on strength, flexibility, balance and co-ordination - all without needing to get down on the floor.
Resistance equipment (e.g. bands, balls, weights) is provided for use during the sessions, which take place on the 2nd and the last Friday of the month at Perdiswell Leisure Centre. We're a really friendly and supportive group and we often stay around after the session to grab a coffee in the reception area, so feel free to come and join us.
