Functional Fitness
A low impact, body weight exercise class

Functional fitness incorporates movements that you may need in everyday life, such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging and core. Whole body workout using bodyweight, hand weights and resistance bands. Equipment is supplied but you can bring your own if you prefer.
When: Tuesdays 2pm - 2.45pm
