Community Class Descriptions
Our main goal is to provide a range of fun and enjoyable exercise classes which will support your health and wellbeing by building your cardiovascular fitness, your strength, balance and mobility whilst reducing joint pain. Seated Exercise
A fun full-body exercise class which will challenge your strength and balance whilst helping to improve your overall fitness. All exercises can be adapted so they are suitable for your fitness levels and can help you meet your personal goals. £5 per class.

Intermediate Mat Pilates
Improve posture and develop your strength, balance and flexibility. Ideal for injury prevention but also for improving core strength and body awareness. An intermediate class but progressions and adaptations are offered where appropriate. Resistance bands and dumbells are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if preferred. Please bring your own mat. £6 per class.
Functional Fitness
Functional fitness incorporates movements that you may need in everyday life, such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging and core. Whole body workout using bodyweight, hand weights and resistance bands. Equipment is supplied but you can bring your own if you prefer. £6 per class.
