A 40 minute class which uses Pilates principles to improve posture and develop strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination.  The exercises are done seated or standing and can be adapted to take individual challenges and requirements into account. The session is suitable for those who want the benefits of Pilates but without getting onto the floor. 

When: 2nd and last Friday of each month

Where: Perdiswell Leisure Centre

Cost: £2 per session
