Service Description

A Pilates-style 30 minute class designed to improve your posture and develop strength, balance and flexibility. It is a slow-paced class, with adaptations offered where necessary so that exercises can be done seated or standing. It can therefore be done by those who want the benefits of Pilates but are not comfortable on the floor. This class is held online.
