By signing up for a Personalised Home Exercise Plan you will automatically recieve access to our Introduction Booklet which contains all the information you need to complete your plan. You will then be contacted and provided with a link to complete our activity questionnaires so that we can create a plan completely specific to your needs. On completion of the questionnaires you will recieve you plan in 4-5 working days.
